Essentials Only Full Version. They're web site sucks. What are the pros and cons of each? I can't tell the advantage of one over the other. I'm thinking if they have a sell it could be a contender for my birthday or Christmas, but I don't know anything about it. I have S-Gear and Amplitube So far I'm interested in Bias Amp is where you build and tweak your Amps Biax FX has all the pedals, etc You also get lots of user and Artist amps, pedalboards, and presets etc Highly recommend the demos S-Gear still is the "Out of the box" champion for me But Bias is a pretty serious threat to both S-Gear and A So is there an all inclusive program?

I guess from what you say Bias Amp Pro would be the best for me. I don't fully understand what Bias FX is compared to pedalboard. I guess demo all of them and find out Bias Amp is where you build and tweak your amplifier.. Bias FX is where you build and add your pedalboard Pro also includes Rack processors.. Bias Pedal is where you build and mod your own Distortion Pedal For a brief summary Powertubes, Preamp Tubes, Transformers Well I'll wait and see if anything I need or want goes on sell.

I'm honestly pretty content with everything, but I can never have too many guitar toys. I'm also kind of looking out for TH3. I'm happy with both S-Gear and Amplitube 4. You can certainly cover a lot of ground with those. Thanks for the info Larry. Even if you don't plan to buy, I'd still recommend the demos I'm just starting to look into it, but it seems like it would be alot to buy everything I'd say get the lot, and the Pro versions of each, BIAS Pedal doesn't have a Pro version as yet, they have said it may be in the future and the upgrade from the 'Standard.

BIAS Pedal allows you to tweak your until your hearts content all your distortion needs, allowing you to get some truly awesome distortion tones from light breakup to full blown ass whooping rrrrrrrrr.

But that's the good thing about choice and personal preference, there something out there for everyone and every situation. But for me the whole BIAS range towers above most, and the sound is just gorgeous. I couldn't however do without TH2, it gets quite a bit of use, probably as much as BIAS and is my choice in a good number of situations, can't wait for TH3: Only thing I don't have yet is Pedal BFX has the benefit of all the effects as well obviously, and the effects are pretty sweet.

If you try it out, make sure you have a good look around, also don't just load it up on a mono track, take advantage of the stereo stuff and dual amp paths etc, in the options there is a mono to stereo setting with 3 options, disable, left and right.

It may or may not be your thing, or to your liking, but only one way to find out. I don't think they are "different" amps Following this thread has set my ears ringing! The FX has the amps? But not the same amps? I dl'd the amp demo, I was interested the "matching" feature, but the demo didn't include that.

At this point I think I'll take a pass, too many options and cash drain. Pretty much I'm a "plug'n'play" kinda guy. Never have had a pedal board. No, Unless my eyes and ears fail me they are different amps, you can check it as described above if you have both Amp and FX installed. T BIAS is pretty much 'plug and Play' if that's the way you want it to be, all the tweaking etc is not compulsory, though much fun. I only mess around with that side of things if I have the spare time adn or want a sound I can't get via the stock gear or through pre made stuff via Tone Cloud.

Other than that it's pretty much plug and play, just like an amp, plug in, turn a few dials and away you go. Wouldn't be wise to call them the same thing Well we will just have to agree to disagree: While there is the same, there is different. However, TB refers to the Top Boost circuitry. Slightly different than the "Tone Stack" used by Fender, Marshall, etc.

The TB or "Top Boost" model was added later. There is a mod for adding Top Boost to non-TB 30's. Evidently Brian May does not like the phase lag introduced by the TB circuit. T Thanx for that bit of info Never used an AC so had no idea IF they are the same modeled amps then why didn't they call them LE in the version that ya can't tweak.
